• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

• Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a TeleCaller or in a similar sales/customer service role, preferably in the health and life insurance sector.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software.

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.

• Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient.

• Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of other regional languages is an advantage.
