Role Overview
As a Telecaller, you will be the "Voice of the Company." Your primary goal is to bridge the gap between our products/services and potential customers. You will handle a mix of cold/warm calling and inbound inquiries, ensuring every interaction is professional, helpful, and aligned with our brand values.
Key Responsibilities
Outreach & Engagement: Initiate outbound calls to prospective leads to introduce our services and identify sales opportunities.
Lead Management: Qualify incoming leads and maintain a healthy pipeline by scheduling appointments or site visits for the senior sales team.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our offerings to answer questions clearly and handle objections effectively.
Data Integrity: Accurately record details of every call, customer feedback, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily/weekly KPIs, such as call volume, talk time, and conversion rates.
Customer Relationship: Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling or referral opportunities.
