Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Identify and reach out to potential customers using the company app and make follow-up calls.
Collect, organize, and manage customer information using tools such as Google Scraper App.
Follow up on team inquiries and maintain consistent communication with customers.
Maintain and update customer data accurately in Excel sheets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently.
Support business growth through continuous customer engagement and follow-ups.
Requirements:
Hindi communication is compulsory (spoken).
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and general computer operations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable using online tools and applications.
Well-organized with a strong attention to detail.
