Role Overview: We are hiring Sales Consultants to strengthen our business development team. The role involves engaging with business owners, understanding their funding requirements, and guiding them to the right loan solutions. You will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, managing client interactions, and supporting the credit and operations teams for smooth closures.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Loans, Personal Loan and Overdraft Limits sales.

• Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through calls, emails, and research.

• Explain product features, eligibility criteria, and benefits to prospective clients

• Maintain accurate lead records, follow-ups, and pipeline updates.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance.

• Collaborate with Bank/NBFC teams to ensure efficient client onboarding.

• Stay updated on lending norms, policies, and industry developments.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Communication and persuasion skills

• Confidence in pitching financial products over phone and video calls

• Strong understanding of loan products and business funding requirements

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented

• Prior experience in sales of Loans or Credit Card products is preferred
