Job Role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive who can generate leads, interact with customers, understand their financial requirements and convert them into successful loan cases.
The role involves a combination of field sales, telecalling, customer handling and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through calls, references and other sources.
Understand customers' financial requirements and suggest suitable loan products.
Handle enquiries for professional loans, business loans and other financial products
Make regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for processing and status updates.
Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the loan process.
Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups and conversions.
