We are looking for an energetic, confident, and disciplined Telecalling & CRM Intern to support our sales team. This role is ideal for freshers or students who want to build a career in sales, customer relationship management, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

Make 80–120 outbound calls daily to prospective and existing customers.

Follow up on enquiries received through websites, social media, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Justdial, and other lead sources.

Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.

Schedule meetings and coordinate with the sales team.

Send quotations, catalogues, and follow-up messages via WhatsApp and email.

Track lead status and update the CRM regularly.

Prepare daily call reports and lead conversion reports.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Skills Required

Good communication skills in Hindi and English (Bengali preferred).

Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel.

Comfortable using CRM software.

Confident on phone calls with a polite and professional attitude.

Quick learner with a positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.

Eligibility

Graduate, undergraduate, or final-year student.
