Job Description – Telecaller Intern (IT Institute)

Position: Telecaller Intern

Roles & Responsibilities

• Making outbound calls to students and parents from the provided database.

• Providing information about IT courses, training programs, certifications, and batches.

• Handling inbound inquiries related to course details, fees, duration, and schedules.

• Following up with interested candidates and scheduling counseling sessions.

• Updating lead details and call status in the system or Excel sheet.

• Coordinating with the counseling and admissions team for conversions.

• Maintaining professional communication and a positive approach with students.
  
  Skills & Requirements

  • Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English.

  • Confidence and polite telephone etiquette.

  • Basic computer knowledge.

  • Interest in sales, counseling, or education sector.

  • Ability to work under guidance and meet daily call targets.
