Make outbound calls to customers for product/service promotion.
Handle inbound queries and resolve customer issues professionally.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
Follow up with interested customers.
Explain product features and benefits in a clear manner.
Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
Good communication skills (Hindi, English, or regional language)
Basic computer knowledge
Patience and problem-solving attitude
Ability to handle customer objections confidently
