Urgent Vacancy – Telecaller (Outbound / Inbound Customer Service Process)
Location: Thane
Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
Address customer queries, complaints, and requests efficiently
Provide accurate information about products/services
Maintain call records and update customer data in systems
Follow communication scripts and company guidelines
Achieve daily/weekly performance targets
Requirements:
Minimum HSC/Graduate (preferred)
Good communication skills in Hindi/English (additional languages are a plus)
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
Prior BPO or customer service experience preferred (Freshers can apply if confident communicators)

Active listening and problem-solving skills
