Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible, polite and good-communication-skilled Telecaller Executive to join our travel agency team at Vasundhra Sector 1, Ghaziabad.

The selected candidate will primarily be responsible for receiving incoming customer calls, understanding their travel/cab requirements and coordinating the appropriate car or driver for the customer.

This is mainly a customer calling and vehicle coordination role. The candidate will need to communicate with customers as well as coordinate with available drivers/cars to ensure smooth and timely service.

Key Responsibilities

• Customers ki incoming calls professionally receive karna.

• Customer ki requirement ko properly understand karna, including pickup location, drop location, date, time, vehicle requirement and other relevant details.

• Customer ko available cab/car options ke baare mein information dena.

• Customer requirement ke according suitable car/vehicle assign karna.

• Available vehicles aur drivers ki status/availability check karna.

• Assigned vehicle aur driver ke saath timely coordination karna.

• Driver ko customer ki pickup details, location, timing aur other necessary information share karna.

• Customer ko vehicle/driver details timely provide karna.

• Pickup aur drop ke regarding customer aur driver ke beech proper coordination maintain karna.

• Customer calls, queries aur service-related requests ko politely handle karna.

• Agar assigned vehicle available na ho to alternative vehicle arrange karne ke liye coordination karna.

• Delays, cancellations, changes ya other customer issues ko immediately concerned team/driver ke saath coordinate karke resolve karna.

• Customer se required booking details accurately collect karna.

• Daily bookings, assigned vehicles and trip details ka proper record maintain karna.

• Ongoing trips ka status check karna whenever required.

• Customers ko trip-related updates provide karna.

• Existing customers ke saath professional relationship maintain karna.

• Management ke instructions ke according daily calling and coordination activities complete karna.
  

Customer Handling Responsibilities

Candidate ko customer calls handle karte waqt:

• Customer ki baat patiently sunni hogi.

• Correct information provide karni hogi.

• Booking details accurately note karni hongi.

• Customer ko vehicle availability aur assignment ke regarding timely update dena hoga.

• Customer complaints ya issues ko professionally handle karna hoga.

• Emergency ya urgent requirements ko priority ke basis par concerned person/driver tak communicate karna hoga.

Candidate Requirements

• Telecalling, Customer Support, Travel Agency, Cab Booking, Transport Coordination ya similar profile ka experience preferred.

• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

• Hindi mein excellent communication skills required hain.

• Basic English communication skills preferred.

• Phone par customers se confidently aur politely baat karne ki ability honi chahiye.

• Good listening and communication skills honi chahiye.

• Multiple calls aur bookings ko efficiently handle karne ki ability honi chahiye.

• Basic computer/smartphone aur WhatsApp ka knowledge hona chahiye.

• Customer details aur booking information accurately maintain karne ki ability honi chahiye.

• Responsible aur punctual nature hona chahiye.

• Pressure situations mein calmly kaam karne ki ability honi chahiye.

This is primarily an inbound calling and vehicle coordination job.

Candidate ko customers ki calls receive karni hongi, unki cab/travel requirements samajhni hongi aur requirement ke according available cars/drivers assign aur coordinate karne honge.

Is role mein customer handling aur timely coordination sabse important responsibilities hongi.
