COUNSELLOR / TELECALLER (FULL-TIME & INTERNS)

Job Description

CareerServe is hiring enthusiastic Counsellors / Telecallers and Interns for our Team. Your role will be to connect with prospective students, provide information about courses, and guide them through the application process.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students

• Share detailed information about various courses and career opportunities

• Understand student interests and recommend suitable programs

• Answer queries related to admissions, fees, eligibility, and the application process

• Maintain follow-up records and ensure timely conversions

• For Interns: Training will be provided, and internship certificates will be issued

Requirements

• Post Graduate

• Graduate / Pursuing Graduation / Interns

• 0 to 4 years of experience in sales or telesales with revenue targets

• Good communication skills

• Strong selling skills

• Confidence
