Responsibilities-
Handel calls to prospective clients using a provided customer database.
Explain products, services, and offers clearly to potential leads.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Handle customer objections and queries professionally.
Follow up on warm leads and schedule appointments/calls for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer feedback, and sales progress in the CRM.
