Job description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Tele Counsellor with sales experience to guide students interested in studying abroad. The role involves counselling students over calls, promoting overseas education services, and converting leads into successful enrollments.
Key Responsibilities :

• Make outbound and handle inbound calls from students interested in studying abroad

• Counsel students on overseas education options (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, etc.)

• Explain courses, universities, admission requirements, and visa processes

• Convert enquiries into admissions through effective sales techniques

• Follow up with leads and maintain strong student relationships

• Coordinate with counsellors and documentation teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in telecalling / sales / counselling (education sector preferred)

• Excellent communication & convincing skills

• 6 months to 3 years in sales telecalling

• Experience counselling students for overseas education is an advantage

• It is a Full Time కస్టమర్ మద్దతు / టెలికాలర్ job for candidates with 6 months - 4 years of experience.
