Telecaller – Travel Package Company

Location: Sector 79, Faridabad

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to join Mahakal Aviation, a travel package company. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers, understanding their travel requirements, explaining travel packages, generating leads, and converting inquiries into bookings.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

Handle inbound customer inquiries related to travel packages.

Understand customer travel requirements and suggest suitable packages.

Explain package details, pricing, itineraries, and offers.

Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.

Generate leads and convert inquiries into bookings.

Maintain customer information and call records.

Coordinate with the sales/travel team for smooth booking and customer service.

Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic customer queries.

Requirements

Good communication and convincing skills.

Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

Basic knowledge of MS Office/computer operations.

Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.

Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.

Candidates with travel, tourism, telecalling, or sales experience will be preferred.
