TELECALLER Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore Employment Type: Full-Time WFO – 6 Days Working Job Summary We are looking for a confident and customer-friendly Telecaller to contact leads for our clubhouse projects, explain membership benefits, generate interest and coordinate site visits. Key Responsibilities • Call prospective customers and follow up on leads for clubhouse memberships. • Explain club amenities, membership plans, facilities and benefits. • Identify interested prospects and schedule site visits. • Follow up with leads to support membership conversions. • Maintain daily call records, lead status and follow-up reports. • Coordinate with the sales team for interested prospects and visit schedules.
Requirements
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales or customer support. • Good verbal communication in English. • Knowledge of Kannada, Hindi and Telugu will be an added advantage. • Confident, polite and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone. • Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills. • Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
