We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller / Customer Support Executive to join our team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with their queries, and providing complete support to ensure customer satisfaction. The candidate must have excellent communication skills, patience, and a problem-solving attitude.
Make outbound calls to potential customers for product/service promotion.
Answer incoming calls and resolve customer queries promptly.
Provide accurate information about products, services, or policies.
Maintain customer records in the system (CRM or database).
Follow-up with customers for feedback, payments, or services.
Handle complaints in a professional manner and escalate unresolved issues to higher management.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Work closely with sales/operations team to support business growth.
Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.
Strong verbal communication skills (English & Hindi).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools).
Good listening skills and customer-oriented approach.
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Experience in telecalling, BPO, or customer service will be an advantage.
B.Com / M.Com.
3–7 years of proven experience.
