About the Role:
We are looking for a smart, confident, and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our legal firm. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, client coordination, appointment scheduling, and basic follow-ups related to legal services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.

• Provide accurate information about legal services to clients.

• Maintain records of client interactions in a systematic manner.

• Schedule meetings and appointments for lawyers.

• Assist in client follow-up and maintaining good client relations.

• Coordinate with the legal team for smooth communication.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate (with good communication skills).

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English.

• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and email handling.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of legal matters.

• Previous telecalling/customer service experience preferred.

• Polite, professional, and confident telephone etiquette.
