Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to promote the Docintosh platform among doctors and medical students across assigned regions. The candidate will be responsible for identifying healthcare professionals, reaching out to them via phone, explaining the benefits of the Docintosh platform, and encouraging them to register and actively use the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Call doctors from the assigned geographical regions on a daily basis.
Research and collect doctors' contact numbers using Google, hospital websites, medical directories, and other publicly available sources.
Explain the features, benefits, and purpose of the Docintosh platform to doctors.
Educate doctors about how Docintosh helps them:
Network with verified medical professionals.
Share and discuss medical cases and clinical updates.
Participate in webinars, speaker programs, surveys, and medical discussions.
Build professional visibility within the medical community.
Encourage doctors to register and complete their profiles on the Docintosh platform.
Contact medical students from assigned colleges and institutions.
Explain the benefits available for medical students, including quizzes, contests, mentoring programs, internships, and networking opportunities.
Assist doctors and students with the registration process whenever required.
Maintain accurate records of calls, registrations, follow-ups, and feedback in the Excel tracker.
Follow up with prospective users who have shown interest but have not yet registered.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and registration targets.
Share market feedback and common objections with the reporting manager.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language is an added advantage).
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Basic internet research skills.
Comfortable using Google Search, Microsoft Excel, and CRM software.
Good telephone etiquette.
Positive attitude and ability to meet targets.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline.
Experience in telecalling, customer support, inside sales, healthcare calling, or lead generation is preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Preferred Experience:
0–2 years of experience in telecalling or customer engagement.
Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, hospitals, or medical platforms will be an added advantage.
