We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls, sharing information clearly with customers, updating records, and supporting smooth communication processes.
Make outbound calls to customers/leads and provide correct information.
Handle inquiries and explain products/services in a simple manner.
Maintain call logs, update data, and ensure accuracy in records.
Follow up with customers on time to close leads or schedule appointments.
Support basic administrative tasks as needed.
Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Experience: 0–2 years
Good communication and listening skills.
Ability to handle calls confidently and politely.
Basic computer knowledge (data entry & record updates).
