We are looking for a confident and proactive Telecaller to connect with potential clients, qualify interior design leads, and schedule consultations for our design team.The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a pleasant voice, and the ability to build trust over the phone.🛠 Key ResponsibilitiesCall inbound and outbound leads generated through social media, website, and marketing campaigns.Explain Stellar Krafts services (home interiors, modular kitchen, wardrobes, etc.).Understand client requirements and qualify serious prospects.Schedule site visits or design consultations for the sales/design team.Maintain lead records in CRM or Excel.Follow up with interested clients regularly.Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments.Maintain a professional and positive brand image on every call.
