Database Management: Accurately log all calls, customer details, and interactions in the CRM system. Follow-Up: Maintain consistent communication with leads to nurture interest and ensure timely callbacks. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to pass qualified leads and contribute to closing deals. Feedback: Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer feedback.
