Job Description – Backoffice Blended Process

Job Title: Backoffice Executive – Blended Process
Location: Mani Casadona, West Tower – 8th Floor (Opp. EcoSpace)
Work Mode: Work From Office

Role Overview:
We are hiring candidates for a back office blended process role. The candidate will handle both back-end operations and basic customer communication through calls, emails, or chats while maintaining accurate records and providing support to the operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle back-office tasks such as data entry, documentation, and record maintenance.

• Respond to customer queries via calls, emails, or chats in a professional manner.

• Maintain accurate data and reports as per company guidelines.

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer or operational issues.

• Ensure quality service and timely completion of assigned work.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduates: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Higher Secondary (12th Pass): Minimum 9 months of experience (on paper) required.

• Good English communication skills (speaking and writing).

• Basic computer knowledge is required.

Shift Details:

• Shift Timing: 8:00 AM – 12:00 AM (Any 9-hour shift)

• Drop facility available

Working Days:

• 6 Days Working

• 1 Rotational Week Off
