Telecaller – Atlas Adhesives

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team at Atlas Adhesives. The role offers ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month and involves managing customer calls and delivering outstanding customer service related to adhesives. Join us for a great work environment with various opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner.

• Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns with a problem-solving mindset.

• Log customer interactions and track follow-ups.

• Offer timely and relevant solutions to resolve customer issues.

• Collaborate with team members to escalate and address more complex concerns.

• Meet key performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate.

• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or a related field.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.

• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office, email, and data entry.

• Ability to accurately maintain customer records and update call details.

• Ability to provide the right information and escalate complex issues to the relevant department when required.

• Candidates must be comfortable working 6 days a week during the day shift.

• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work effectively in a team.
