We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team at Aswini Homeo & Ayurvedic Products Private. This role involves handling calls and addressing queries and concerns related to E Commerce. The role offers ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle customer interactions via calls, email, and chat in a professional manner
2. Contact customers to verify delivery addresses before order dispatch
3. Coordinate and process order cancellations, returns, and refunds
4. Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and product information
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 1 years of experience. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Day shift.
