ob Summary:
ASCO Motors is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Calling Executive to manage Sales and Service customer interactions. The candidate will be responsible for lead handling, follow-ups, feedback calls, and daily reporting to ensure high customer satisfaction and conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to Sales & Service customers for follow-ups.
• Handle suspect leads and telephonic leads effectively.
• Send walk-in reminders and WhatsApp welcome messages within defined TAT.
• Conduct Service & Sales quality feedback calls.
• Coordinate appointment confirmations and customer engagement.
• Maintain daily reporting of:
• Appointments
• Turn-ups
• Retails
• Maintain proper customer data and update CRM regularly.
Required Skills:
• Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English).
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM systems.
• Strong follow-up and convincing skills.
• Customer service-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Eligibility:
• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
• Prior experience in tele-calling / automobile dealership will be an advantage.
• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
