Job Overview:

AS Rudra Solution is hiring a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller for our real estate process. The role involves making outbound calls to potential clients, explaining project details, and generating interested prospects.

No sales target.
Purely calling and prospect generation process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided database.

• Explain real estate projects and share basic details.

• Identify interested prospects and schedule site visits.

• Maintain daily call reports and update CRM.

• Coordinate with the sales team for qualified leads.

• Maintain professional communication with clients.

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English).

• Confident and polite speaking style.

• Basic knowledge of real estate (preferred).

• Ability to handle client queries.

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel/CRM).

Qualification:

• 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

• It is a Full Time కస్టమర్ మద్దతు / టెలికాలర్ job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
