Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Job Description:
Arvind Real Estate is looking for a confident and customer-friendly Receptionist cum Telecaller to join our real estate team. The role involves handling front desk responsibilities along with managing inbound and outbound customer calls related to property sales, rentals, and site visits. If you have good communication skills and a professional attitude, this is a great opportunity to grow in the real estate industry.Key Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to real estate inquiries in a professional manner• Attend walk-in clients and manage front desk activities• Provide accurate information about properties, site visits, pricing, and availability• Follow up with potential clients and maintain call records• Resolve customer queries and complaints politely and efficiently• Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and client meetings• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups• Ensure a positive customer experience at all timesJob Requirements:
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass• Experience: 0.5 to 5 years (Real estate experience preferred)• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English• Basic knowledge of calling, follow-ups, and customer handling• Comfortable with a 6-day working schedule• Professional attitude and presentable personalityWhy Join Us:
