Job Title: Telecaller – Loan Collection & Recovery

Job Summary:

AP Associates, a Bank Authorized Agency for Loan Collection & Recovery, is seeking dedicated and result-oriented Telecallers. The role involves contacting customers regarding pending loan payments, following up for collections, and ensuring timely recovery while maintaining professionalism and compliance with banking guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers for loan payment reminders and follow-ups

Explain outstanding dues, payment options, and deadlines clearly

Negotiate and convince customers for timely repayment

Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and payment commitments

Handle customer queries related to loan accounts in a professional manner

Coordinate with field recovery agents when required

Ensure compliance with bank policies, legal regulations, and ethical practices

Achieve assigned recovery targets on a daily and monthly basis

Requirements:

Good communication and convincing skills

Ability to handle difficult conversations and objections calmly

Basic knowledge of banking, loans, or collections (preferred)

Strong follow-up and negotiation skills

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word)

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

Qualifications:

Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream

Experience in telecalling, collections, or banking is an advantage

Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
