Job Title: Telecaller Cum Chat Process Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Telecaller Cum Chat Process Executive to handle both inbound/outbound calls and online chat interactions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, resolving queries, promoting services, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction across communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner

• Respond to customer queries via chat (website, WhatsApp, or other platforms)

• Provide accurate information about products, services, and offers

• Generate leads and follow up with potential customers

• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and transactions

• Resolve customer complaints effectively and escalate issues when necessary

• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and updates

• Ensure excellent customer experience across all touchpoints

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English (both verbal and written)

• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills

• Ability to multitask between calls and chat processes

• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills

• Customer-oriented approach with a positive attitude

• Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or chat process is preferred

Education

• Minimum: 10th Pass

• Graduate preferred

Experience

• Fresher or experienced candidates can apply

• 0–2 years of experience in customer service/telecalling/chat support preferred
