Job వివరణ

Accounts & Collections Executive with 1+ year of work experience required in a Wholesale Mobile Accessories Organization located at Mumbai Central (neraby station)

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM

JD:

- Follow up with clients for outstanding and pending payments

- Maintain debtor and payment records in Excel

- Handle daily payment tracking and reconciliation

- Coordinate with clients through calls and WhatsApp for payment reminders

- Assist in preparing basic accounts and collection reports

- Maintain proper records of invoices, receipts, and outstanding balances

- Support day-to-day accounting and administrative activities

- Share promotional flyers/images of mobile accessories via WhatsApp groups and broadcasts for customer engagement

Salary upto Rs 20,000 per month (can be increased slightly)
