Generate new business leads through cold calling, references, online research, databases and market visits.

Identify and approach potential clients such as:

Corporate offices

Banks and financial institutions

Factories and manufacturing units

Warehouses and logistics companies

Residential societies

Hospitals

Hotels

Schools and colleges

Malls and commercial properties

Construction sites

Make daily outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce the company's security services.

Schedule and conduct client meetings and site visits.

Understand client requirements regarding:

Security guards

Supervisors

Armed / unarmed security

Security systems

Housekeeping / facility management, wherever applicable

Conduct site surveys and collect details regarding manpower requirements, duty hours, deployment pattern and site conditions.

Coordinate with the operations team for manpower costing and service feasibility.

Prepare and submit commercial quotations and proposals to prospective clients.

Follow up regularly with clients on quotations and proposals.

Negotiate commercials and service terms within the approved company guidelines.

Convert leads into confirmed orders / contracts.

Maintain a proper lead and client database and update CRM / Excel reports regularly.

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
