Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to students and leads
Explain company services and basic course details
Follow up with interested candidates
Maintain daily calling records and updates
Coordinate with the counselling team for lead management

Requirements:

Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Local Language
Basic computer knowledge
Confident and positive attitude
