Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Utilize various channels (phone calls, social media, online platforms, etc.) to generate new leads and build a robust pipeline of potential buyers.
- Data Management: Filter and analyze provided data to identify qualified prospects, ensuring the focus is on genuine and high-potential leads.
- Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients, introduce them to our offerings, and schedule follow-up meetings or site visits.
- Client Engagement: Understand client needs, provide detailed information about properties, and guide them through the buying process.
- Market Research: Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine lead generation strategies.
- Reporting: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, lead status, and sales activities. Provide regular updates to the management team.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team in closing deals by setting up meetings with qualified leads and ensuring smooth communication between all parties.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role, preferably in real estate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion skills with a focus on achieving targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Knowledge of the real estate market is a plus.
- A high level of enthusiasm, professionalism, and a customer-centric approach.
