Job Title: Telecaller – Facility Management Services

₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month + Incentives
About the Role:
We are looking for energetic and confident Telecallers to join our growing Facility Management team. If you have strong communication skills in Hindi, Tamil, and English, and enjoy interacting with people, this is a great opportunity to build your career.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads
Explain facility management services clearly and professionally
Follow up with customers and maintain relationships
Schedule appointments/site visits for the sales team
Maintain call records and update customer details in the system
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Tamil, and English (mandatory)
Good convincing and negotiation abilities
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, calling tools, CRM is a plus)
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th / Any Degree
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
Prior telecalling or customer service experience is an added advantage
