Teleperformance is hiring for an E-commerce Seller Support / Account Growth role

We are looking for dynamic professionals to help sellers optimize their accounts and scale their business.

🔹 Role Overview

As a Seller Growth Specialist, you will act as a consultant for sellers, helping them improve performance, resolve queries, and manage their e-commerce accounts effectively.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Account Management: Assist sellers in growing their online business.
Performance Tracking: Coordinate with sellers to improve their metrics.
Query Resolution: Provide professional solutions to seller concerns.
Relationship Management: Ensure clear and effective communication.

🔹 Eligibility Criteria

🎓 Education: Graduation is Mandatory.
🗣️ Languages: Excellent communication in English & Hindi and English & Tamil/Kannada/Telugu
💼 Experience: Prior experience in BPO or E-commerce is a plus!
Salary: 27,000 CTC
