Job Description: Customer Support Executive (Healthcare Process)

Process:

Inbound — Healthcare Customer Service
Outbound — Healthcare Lead Generation

Employment Type: Full-time
Experience: Fresher / Experienced both can apply
Communication Skills: Good communication required

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer queries related to healthcare services.
Make outbound calls for lead generation.
Maintain accurate customer records in the system.
Provide professional and timely customer support.
Follow company communication and quality standards.
Coordinate with internal teams when required.

Salary

Linguistic Candidates: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 CTC
General Candidates: ₹16,000 – ₹18,000 CTC

Shift Details

Rotational shifts:
- 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Week Off: Rotational (1 day per week)
