Majhi Navi Mumbai & Mazhi Mumbai are premier digital platforms dedicated to providing local business directories and hyper-local information across Navi Mumbai and Mumbai. We are looking for an energetic, articulate, and customer-focused Inbound Telecaller to join our growing support team.

Job Summary

As an Inbound Telecaller, you will be the primary point of contact for users, local business owners, advertisers, and visitors contacting majhinavimumbai.com and mazhimumbai.com. Your core responsibility will be handling incoming calls, resolving queries regarding our services, assisting local businesses with listing inquiries, and ensuring a pleasant customer experience.

• Position: Inbound Telecaller / Support Associate

• Employment Type: Full-Time / On-site

• Location: Nerul, Navi Mumbai

• Experience: 0 – 5 Years (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome)

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities

• Answer Incoming Calls: Promptly receive and manage inbound telephone calls from platform visitors, local businesses, and advertisers in a polite and professional manner.

• Query Resolution: Answer questions regarding portal features, local listings, business directory registrations, and subscription packages.

• Business Inquiry Handling: Guide local vendor inquiries and pass high-intent business leads (advertising/sponsorship) to the sales team.

• Issue Escalation: Identify and escalate complex technical or service issues to the technical or content teams for quick resolution.

• Follow-ups: Perform necessary follow-up calls or coordination to ensure customer issues are completely resolved.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (10+2) or Graduate in any discipline.

• Languages: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi (Marathi is highly preferred given our hyper-local target audience).

  Skills:

  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.

  • Customer-oriented mindset with a patient and pleasant phone demeanor.

  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Sheets, basic internet research).
