Job Overview

Resume Hubs is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller – Inbound to join our team. The role involves handling inbound customer calls, resolving queries and concerns, and providing excellent customer support related to B2C Sales.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and problem-solving skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.

• Understand and address customer queries, concerns, and complaints.

• Provide accurate, timely, and relevant information to customers.

• Follow a problem-solving approach to ensure effective issue resolution.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

• Coordinate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.

• Work toward key performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates.

• Maintain a positive and professional customer experience throughout every interaction.

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Graduate.

• Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience are welcome.

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.

• Willingness to work 5 days a week in rotational shifts.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with different teams.
