We are looking for a B2C – Inbound Customer Support Process to join our team at Resume Hubs. The role involves handling customer calls, understanding their concerns, providing accurate information, and resolving queries professionally. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹17,000 – ₹19,880 along with opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer calls professionally.

• Understand and respond to customer queries and concerns.

• Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions.

• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

• Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required.

• Follow company processes and maintain service quality.

• Communicate politely and professionally with customers.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year experience can apply.

• Good communication skills in English+Tamil.

• Good communication skills inEnglish+Hindi.

• Good listening and problem-solving skills.

• Customer-friendly attitude.

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

  Shift Timings:

• Female: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM

• Male: Rotational shifts – (1:00 PM–10:00 PM), (2:00 PM–11:00 PM), or (3:00 PM–12:00 AM)
