Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls from clients and investors interested in real estate opportunities.
Provide accurate information about projects, appointments, and company services.
Welcome and attend walk-in clients at the reception professionally.
Schedule and coordinate appointments between clients and sales consultants.
Maintain a call log and client database for follow-ups and record-keeping.
Build rapport with potential buyers and investors through polite and engaging conversations.
Coordinate with the sales and management team regarding client visits and requirements.
Ensure the reception area is well managed and organized.
Assist in basic administrative tasks related to customer management.
