Job Overview

We are looking for a CRM Inbound Executive to manage customer interactions, handle inbound calls and emails, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely resolution and closure of customer cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and emails and address customer queries professionally.

• Follow up with the Sales Team and concerned departments for case resolution and status updates.

• Make outbound calls for case verification and closure confirmation.

• Monitor pending/ageing cases and ensure timely closure within defined TAT.

• Maintain accurate case records and update CRM systems.

• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly MIS reports.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective customer service and resolution.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Good customer-handling and follow-up skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Email.

• Good coordination and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.

• Knowledge of CRM/SFDC will be an added advantage.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 0–2 years of experience in CRM, Customer Service, Telecalling, Email Support, or similar roles.

• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
