Job Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming calls from customers in a professional manner
• Register and document customer grievances accurately in the system
• Provide basic information and resolve queries efficiently
• Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department
• Maintain proper call records and follow-up when required
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English (mandatory)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to handle customer queries calmly and politely
• Prior call center experience preferred (freshers can apply)
⏰ Working Hours:
• 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Shift-based if applicable)
