Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending payments.
Follow up on overdue accounts and assist customers with repayment options.
Maintain polite and professional communication during every interaction.
Update call records and payment details in the system.
Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
Coordinate with the team for timely issue resolution.
Eligibility
6 months to 1 year of experience in Telecalling, Collections, Recovery, or Customer Support.
Good communication skills in Hindi. Basic English will be an advantage.
Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
DRA Certification is preferred but not mandatory.
