Job Role:
Bhumi Traders is hiring Telecallers for a day-shift collection process. The role involves soft calling to customers of Bajaj Finance for payment follow-ups and account updates using a CRM system.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound soft collection calls to customers
Follow up on pending payments in a polite and professional manner
Update customer responses and payment status in the CRM system
Explain payment details and resolve basic customer queries
Maintain call quality and compliance as per Bajaj Finance guidelines
Achieve daily calling and collection targets
Requirements:
Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus)
Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling
Polite, patient, and customer-friendly approach
Prior telecalling or collection experience preferred (freshers can apply)
Shift & Benefits:
