Job Description – Tele sales Executive

Company: SMFG India Credit
Position: Tele sales Executive
Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai
CTC: Up to ₹4 LPA
Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year

Key Responsibilities

• Handle outbound calls to generate and convert sales leads.

• Promote and sell Home Loan and other Secured Loan products.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial products.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain high conversion rates.

• Follow up with prospective customers and ensure timely closure.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Tele sales , Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services.

• Good knowledge of Home Loans and Secured Loan Products is mandatory.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
