We are looking for a confident, friendly, and target-oriented Matrimony Tele Counselor to connect with prospective customers, understand their matrimonial requirements, explain available services, and assist them in choosing suitable membership plans. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining regular communication with customers and achieving assigned business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact prospective customers through outbound and inbound calls.

• Understand customers’ matrimonial preferences, requirements, and expectations.

• Explain matrimony services, membership plans, features, and benefits clearly.

• Counsel customers and assist them in selecting suitable plans.

• Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into memberships.

• Maintain accurate customer information and call records.

• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.

• Coordinate with the internal team for customer profile creation and service-related requirements.

• Ensure timely follow-up with leads and existing customers.

• Maintain confidentiality of customer and matrimonial profile information.

• Prepare regular reports on calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline preferred.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fluent in Odia.

• Confident and pleasant telephone communication.

• Good convincing and counselling skills.

• Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.

• Previous experience in tele calling, counselling, customer service, sales, or matrimony services will be an advantage.

Experience:

0–3 years of experience in Tele calling, Counselling, Customer Support, Sales, or related fields.
