🚨 URGENT REQUIREMENT – LADY HR TELE COUNSELOR (PART-TIME)

WORKING HOURS – ANY ONE SHIFT

Morning Shift: 8.30 AM to 2:30 PM
Afternoon Shift: 1:30 PM to 7:30 PM

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contact candidates regarding suitable job opportunities

• Explain job details and understand candidate interest

• Counsel and guide candidates regarding suitable job opportunities

• Collect candidate information and update records

• Understand qualification, experience and job preferences

• Follow up with interested candidates

• Coordinate for CV submission and interviews

• Send job-related information through WhatsApp and Email

• Update candidate status in recruitment software

EXACT TELE COUNSELING PROCESS

The HR Tele Counselor will:

1. Contact candidates from the assigned recruitment database.

2. Introduce the recruitment consultancy and explain the relevant job opportunity.

3. Understand the candidate's qualification, experience and career interest.

4. Ask for present salary, expected salary, notice period and preferred location.

5. Explain suitable job opportunities according to the candidate's profile.

6. Request/update the candidate's professional CV where required.

7. Follow up with interested candidates.

8. Coordinate interview-related communication.

9. Update the candidate's response/status in the recruitment software.

Required knowledge:

• MS Word – typing, editing and basic formatting

• MS Excel – data entry, updating records, sorting/filtering

• Email – sending, replying, forwarding and attaching CVs/documents

• WhatsApp Web/Desktop – candidate communication

• Internet & Web Browsing – basic online work

• File & Folder Management – downloading, uploading, saving and renaming files

• Recruitment Software – entering candidate details and updating candidate status

• Basic computer operations and typing

Own Laptop + Reliable Internet Connection are compulsory.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

• Fluent English, Hindi & Gujarati

• Good telephone and counseling communication

• Polite and professional manner

• Good listening and follow-up skills

• Ability to understand candidate requirements

• Ability to explain job opportunities clearly

• It is a Part Time కస్టమర్ మద్దతు / టెలికాలర్ job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
