Role & Responsibilities

• Call applicants and explain Kovon’s recruitment opportunities and process.

• Understand candidates’ profiles, experience, requirements, and career goals.

• Collect and verify candidate details and required documents.

• Guide candidates through each stage of the recruitment journey.

• Follow up with applicants to ensure timely completion of requirements.

• Maintain accurate candidate records and update internal systems.

• Address candidate queries professionally and provide the correct information.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth candidate processing.

• Meet call, follow-up, documentation, and conversion targets.

• Maintain a transparent, professional, and candidate-focused approach.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Fluency in Hindi is essential.

• Good spoken communication and interpersonal skills.

• 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, counselling, recruitment, customer service, admissions, or inside sales is preferred.

• Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.

• Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics.

• Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain digital records.

• Patient, empathetic, organised, and detail-oriented.

• Willing to work from the Bellandur office six days a week.

• Comfortable with general shift timings of 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
