TELE-COUNSELLOR – PARENT COMMUNICATION

Location: Abul Fazal Enclave, Okhla, New Delhi
Salary: ₹15000 – ₹30,000 per month
Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site

We are looking for a soft-spoken, confident and responsible Tele-Counsellor to communicate with parents of a reputed CBSE-affiliated school.

Key Responsibilities:

• Taking regular parent feedback regarding academics, teachers, discipline and school facilities
• Calling parents of absent students and following up for regular attendance
• Communicating with fee defaulters and politely following up for timely fee payment
• Handling parents’ queries, concerns and suggestions with patience and empathy
• Maintaining accurate records of calls, feedback and follow-ups
• Preparing regular reports for the school management
• Building positive and professional relationships with parents

Candidate Requirements:

• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Soft-spoken, polite, patient and presentable personality
• Good command of Hindi & English; Urdu will be an added advantage
• Basic computer, Excel and data-entry skills
• Experience in telecalling, counselling, customer relations or the education sector preferred
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred
• Female candidates may be preferred
