Job Title: Tele Collections Executive

Contact: 📞 984 42 78 650 HR – Chandrakala

Work Schedule: 6 Days Working | 1 Day Week Off
Work Timings: 10 AM - 7 PM
Work Location: Tin Factory, KR Puram, and Bommanahalli, Bangalore
Compensation: ₹17,000 – ₹24,000 In-Hand + Ctc Upto 28,000 + Performance-Based Incentives up to ₹15,000

Eligibility:

Minimum 1 year of experience in telecollections/recovery/outbound calling preferred
Freshers with Graduation.
Languages Required: Hindi, Malayalam, English.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers for payment follow-ups
Remind customers about due and overdue payments
Explain payment options and resolve payment-related queries
Negotiate and convince customers for timely repayment
Update call details, payment status, and follow-up notes accurately
